Our software enables our shop technicians to take and text vehicle photos to customers, conduct digital multi-point vehicle inspections and do license plate and VIN decode. All of our technicians have tablets in the service bays. The entire technician staff uses the tablets for digital inspections and for repair data look-up. The inspections are performed on every vehicle, uploaded into our management system and can be directly emailed or texted to the customer with attached photos. The ability to take and text vehicle condition photos to customers adds a layer of transparency to help educate customers on why services are needed. The photos enable customers to see for themselves why repairs are needed.
