Summer 2010 marks 45 years of selling tires. His first tire was a BFG Silvertown 670x15, that sold for $27.50 in 1964. After that he spent 7 years as a tire manufacture and wholesale representative. From 1973-1975 Les managed Oklahoma Tire and Supply in Springdale, AR. Les established Garrett Tire and Auto Centers in 1977 (He also had a store in Rogers until 2002). Les specializes in 4-wheel drive tires and was on the cover of 4x4 News in August 1969. Les was the Grand Award winner in Bridgestone/Firestone's "Road to Indy" contest in 2003 and 2004. He successfully completed Bridgestone/Firestone's PRO CERT program designated to be the highest sales education level for Bridgestone/Firestone Consumer Sales. He is also President of the Automotive Technology Advisory Committee at Northwest Technical Institute. Les' hobbies include Formula 1 Racing and fly-fishing with his "bride" and sharing the Grace of God through Jesus Christ.

Gene Bullard is a NIT Automotive Technician graduate with Factory GM training. Gene has over 36 years of auto experience and partnered with Les Garrett in 1978. Specializing in brake services, "Geno, the brake machine", prides himself in professional, safe brake jobs. His hobbies include weekend trips to Branson and giving Les the Queen of Spades during the lunch break.

John Meredith has over 44 years of hands-on and technical experience. Seventeen of those years were at Clyde's DX service station in Rogers, AR, when gas was pumped for you at 24 cents a gallon! Pastor John joined our team in 1989. John specializes in digital 4-wheel alignments. His hobbies include building houses for his children. He also does multitudes of jobs at his church. Anything from song leader to bus driver to Sunday school teacher, John ALWAYS gets the job done.

Tyler grew up helping in his grandfather's tire store in Huntsville, AR. Tyler joined our team full-time in 2003 after studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. Tyler completed his manager training through Bridgestone/Firestone. He successfully completed Bridgestone/Firestone's PRO CERT, Ultra-High Performance Tire, and Run-Flat Tire Certification courses. Tyler is ASE Certified as an Automobile Service Consultant. Tyler is also ASE Certified in Brakes and Suspension & Steering. He is SEMA Certified as a Custom Wheel and Tire Specialist. His specialty is understanding the technology behind tires and how they affect safety and performance. His hobbies include "calling the hogs" and chasing his daughters around.

Karl Wright attended the U of A where he studied Animal Science and continues to pursue his passion for cattle. Karl joined our team in 1994. He was with us until 1999, when he claims he was forced to move under the "Witness Relocation Protection Program." Karl returned to our team in April of 2005. Karl specializes in everything, but really enjoys suspension & steering. If you could describe Karl with one word, it would be "perfection". We are thankful that Karl returned to our professional team.

Jorge Ordonez is the newest and youngest of our technicians. Jorge grew up in Springdale and graduated from Northwest Technical Institute’s Automotive Service Technology program. According to the instructors at NTI, Jorge is one of the finest graduates to ever come out of the program. Jorge joined our team in the summer of 2009. Jorge specializes in Computer Engine Diagnostics and Front End Alignments. Jorge enjoys playing basketball and working on his “tuner” car in his free time.
